1. Payment. We accept credit cards or Paypal. Payment is required before your order is shipped!
2. Delivery. Please allow a production time of 4-6 weeks when placing your order. If the items are back ordered, we will notify you for the next steps. Shipping & Handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Cancellation. Due to the handmade nature of our products, if an order is cancelled before being shipped, the buyer will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the entire order.
4. Product Use. Products (jewelry & accessories) purchased through wholesale accounts are to be used for resale only.
5. Returns. If a product is damaged or defective, we will exchange it for the same item. Damage/ Defective claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning the item.
